The Columbia County Tribune does not have comments on stories. Letters to the editor take their place: a way for readers to respond to our reporting, and to each other, under their own names.
Our letters policy
- Letters are 300 words or fewer.
- Each writer may send one letter every 30 days.
- We print your full name and town with your letter. We do not publish anonymous letters.
- We need your email and phone number to confirm you wrote the letter. We never publish them.
- We may edit letters for length and clarity, and we do not publish every letter we receive.
